Our products are manufactured to the highest quality and are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months.
The warranty does not cover products that have been subject to excessive mistreatment, nor goods that show signs of 'wear and tear'.
Consumable items sold by Bagmasters Australia are not covered by warranty unless it can be established that there is a quality assurance issue with a complete batch or whole shipment. These products include

- One time use satchels
To claim warranty on any consumable items, you must inspect the goods within 14 days of delivery and contact Bagmasters Australia within this period with the details of your claim.
If any unauthorised repair work is undertaken on any of our products, our warranty becomes null and void.
Products identified as defective will be repaired at the company's discretion.
Bagmasters Australia is not liable for any loss or damage due to the malfunction of any product.
Bagmasters reserves the right to charge for any repairs if it is found that the repair is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Customers will be advised before any costs are incurred.
